I'm only 3 years behind....

With the release of Steam for Mac, I finally got around to playing Portal, something I've wanted to do since it was released in 2007. I didn't *need* to wait for a Mac version (via bootcamp or my dusty PC), but this made it much more convenient. Also, by waiting, I don't need a cutting-edge PC to play it easily.

It's really cool, using a first-person-shooter interface to solve a series of puzzles. It turns out that the independently created flash version of the game was a really good primer.

It was always cheap, but now, it's FREE. Highly recommended, assuming you didn't play it already.
