1st Rocket Launch

In my spare time I advise a team at my old High School that enters the Team America Rocketry Challenge. We've been entering for the past 3 years, with mixed results.

This year the challenge is to build a rocket to carry an egg to 850ft , and with a flight time of 45 seconds. We decided to be a little ambitious and create an electronic circuit to trigger the parachute at a certain altitude. Everything was designed and built by the students, even the soldering on the circuit board.
